What you see on the advert is not what you get. Totally different things. There were no cutlery, kettle, tea. We had to ask for everything. Which some we didn’t get. The WiFi password is not joining. The only good thing was their bed and bedding and the air conditioner.

Best location for the purpose of my visit and honesty of the staff

The fact that I have paid for 5 rooms and have not received my refund because they did not check the bookings on bookings.com, hence prioritized guests who presented physically. I had to pay for another accommodation, my joy will be complete when I get my refund. Thank you.

The shower head only sprayed a little water that you could shower from. There's a space between the bathtub and the wall tiles that seems to breed gems.

The cold tap in the kitchen does not work as well as it should. The tap is too close to the sink wall. The cold tap on the bathroom basin does not work as well as it should. The tap is too close to the sink wall. I did not see power points for recharging phones in the bedroom. The windows do not close completely.

The staff was very courteous and respectful.

There were endless problems with water, lights, plugs not working. We had to change rooms at least 2 times.
