Nice room, comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Multiple outside seating areas with gorgeous sea view. Drying rack provided for each room.

There's only certain things included in the breakfast; cheese, ham or a third cup of coffee cost extra. We were not so happy about the bathroom: The shower door was leaking and it was necessary to wait for 5-10 minutes between toilet flushings.

"Perfect accommodation in San Teodoro"

Cosy, classic property within 10 min walk from the centre of San Teodoro. Lots of outdoor areas where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the sea. Rooms were clean and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was perfect.

Incredible view- could not have been better. Beautiful property with loads of places to sit and relax. Friendly and welcoming staff Excellent breakfast Fantastic location- 10 minute walk to town. Beaches in walking distance

Only thing that would have been nice is a coffee machine or kettle in the room! Otherwise we absolutely loved it.

"Superb"

The grounds and the view were absolutely amazing

-Location was a bit of a downer. 15-20minutes to town, 35-40min walk to beach. -The breakfast was inconsistent. First day I specifically asked about eggs/ham/cheese and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't receive anything -Next day I saw a single hard boiled egg in the buffet area and I was asked if I wanted ham/eggs the following day.
