Excellent accommodation, perfect location

Loved having our own pool, breakfast served on our own terrace, bathroom was very good and modern, good working Aircon, very clean, good variety with the breakfast, comfortable outside seating, beautiful gardens, collection and drop off to the port, really helpful staff.

Beautiful gardens and panoramic views - especially at sunset. The Suites are a short walk from the village - with many restaurant options - and a slightly longer but pretty walk down to the port. The rooms are light, modern and very clean. Pothiti was a great host - dealing with a few issues and upgrading our room as soon as possible. We enjoyed having breakfast brought to the patio in a basket each morning. We walked to all the beaches and also took the early ferry to explore Iraklia for a day

As with other guests, we feel the description of 'Junior Suite with Private Pool' is misleading. Our room was not that ... the pool was a plunge pool connected to the pool next door and the room/ patio was extremely close to the adjacent patio - so no privacy at all. We'd expected something better/ different given the description and price. We were upgraded to a superior room for the last two nights of our six night stay - which made a huge, positive difference.

I'm a regular guest since 2019 and i love Schinussa and Schinoza

This year for the first time i've had bad "feelings" with neighbors. Shared suites lack of privacy unfortunately.. And it's not nice when you are relaxed reading books outside to see/hear jealous people talking about different size of the "swimming pools", price of the suite, quality of breakfast and so on. I've also heard "why he's still using our swimming pool at 19:30"? Simply stupid and pathetic. Personally i don't go to Schinoussa to stay all the day at home, i spend my days all around the island on the beaches ..But i love to have some relax at the end of the day in my little pool/ refreshing area (that's how i call them, they are not big swimming pools and there's no need to have it one with the beautiful Aegean Sea) But not possible to relax with jealous neighbors... To avoid this, i would suggest to put nice fences (bamboo or others) to separate completely the shared suites. I will come back, of course,i love Scinoza, but absolutely no more in a shared suite

The location and view are stunning. Clean and comfortable.

We spent our holiday in the Junior suite with private pool (room ΑΓPIΛOY). The only thing about this particular room is the lack of privacy because it is an adjoint room with the one next to (you can actually see the adjoint doors). It feels like sharing the pool and the holiday with the guests next door. The other junior suites are not like that and I think you should not charge the same amount of money as the other junior suites if you are planning to give this particular one to the guests. Breakfast served in a chest every morning. No alternatives than dairy milk and varied portion sizes. Wifi connection not always possible apparently due to service on the island despite other restaurants not experiencing this issue on the same dates.
