Awful from start to finish. Good job I was only staying overnight. My room had hardly any of the facilities listed or shown in photos on description. No hot water in shower (a basic that should be clearly stated if cold water only) No hairdryer No outdoor dining area No satellite/cable TV channels No seating area No dressing room No slippers No hair conditioner No minibar No dining table No socket by bed No kettle No tea/coffee making facilities No hanging space No 24hour front desk One thing it did have which wasn't listed was huge black ants. I went down to reception about 20 minutes after checking in (approx 9:45pm) once I realised no hot water and lots of things missing. Thought they might have made a mistake and put me in the wrong room. Reception was locked up (listed as 24 hour) and no one was answering either of the 2 phone numbers listed on door. Good job it wasn't an actual emergency! After sending text messages I finally got a text back saying "the room you booked is a cheap room. The facilities may not be complete". I don't care if it's a £10 a night room or £500 a night, it should be as described and shown on photos. This is false advertising and I would not have chosen to stay here had I known.

delivery not respected. i booked a large room of 24 m2, he gave me a room of 9 m2, i told him that it does not fit, he does not even apologize, and did not want to give me another room when the hotel was almost empty.
