Well this was not good. The first night we got there we asked the for the bed sheets change because it was all stained (yellow). The girl at the reception was not the nicest person, hard to talk to. The drain in the shower was cloggy so the shower was full of water in a second. Once we got to the hotel the windows were opened so we had to kill at least 20 mosquitos to be able to sleep. But the worst was the noise at night. Not only from the street, it´s quite common in Mexiko but especially from the other guest. The hotel says there´s a quiet time from 11-6 but noone is checking it. People were sitting around the tables at the garden, having fun till 3am - it´s not great if you have a small kid and you want to enjoy the following day - you just want to sleep. There was no cleaning service throughout our stay - not even a trash take. No towel change, no sweeping of the floor, nothing. I believe there are better places to stay in Valladolid for the money value. Not recommended.

This place is great if you want to see Valldolid and leave your rental car parked in the car park. They close the gate at night so no security issues at all. Staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed..

No downside really. We only forgot to ask the reception to turn on the boiler for hot water for us so we ended up taking a refreshing shower (I’m sure there actually was a boiler somewhere). Other than that great stay.
