Nice garden, great location outside the city. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Rooms did not have a lot of feel as the lighting is too bright.

I loved this place! One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! The property is beautifully decorated with flowers and garden ornaments and it is so well kept! There are so many places on the property to sit in the sun and enjoy the surroundings. It’s so quiet at night and feels very private as you have a terrace and a balcony! The room itself is very well equipped with a fridge and a really nice shower. The owner and his staff are so kind and accommodating, they even gave us fresh fruit and pastries on a few of the mornings, it is the little things like this that we appreciate! We felt so welcome and comfortable and although we stayed for almost a week, I could have stayed longer! The price was also very reasonable and they offer to clean your room daily, every morning we woke up to toiletries and water hanging on our door! The property is in an ideal location, very close to Mae Sariang town but also not too close to the centre, lots of beautiful temples nearby and fabulous views of the mountains. 100% recommend!

Good value for money. Nice grounds. We were just passing through, so it was adequate for a one night stay. Has everything you need.

Bed was comfy enough, but was tucked in a corner so hard to get in and out of from one side.

Good option if you‘re in Mae Sariang with your own vehicle. Peaceful and quiet. AC any fridge we’e the newest and best I’ve seen in SEA. Value for small money.

Just a note: Breakfast options in town are limited.

Basic instant coffee, a banana and s cookie..

Hard to mix with others or get meals because it was 8 km from town.

We recently stayed at this accommodation, and overall, it was a nice experience. The place was clean, and we enjoyed the pleasant environment with its abundance of greenery, creating a quiet atmosphere. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

One downside was the thin wall that separated our apartment from the neighboring one. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was lacking, and we could hear the neighbors as if they were right next to us. On a minor note, we also felt that a night lamp would have been a welcome addition to the room, especially in the evening when a softer lighting would have been preferable.

I stayed in bungalow 2 . Everything was perfect for me, new bungalow, clean, ac/fridge, balcony with a really nice view on the garden . One of my best stay in thailand i could have stay many more nights, the place is very nice and quiet just outside the city, beautiful garden with banana and other fruit tree you can walk around, very well maintained garden. The best place to stay in mae sariang if you are doing the loop

Nice and quiet place for motorbike tours to rest one night. Second stay already and not the last for sure when ever I'm on tour again... 🙂
