The only upset is that breakfast was not included with the price of the room. And that the premises had an early check out time with no option to wait around should departure times not match the check out time. There was loud music blaring the whole time and it was not an environment suitable for our young children where the swimming pool was.

The loud music. The lack of compassion about waiting for our departure time. And the fact that there was no breakfast included with the price of the room. The remotes were not working so we couldn’t watch television.

It's very clean. Rooms are very neat. We had access to the WiFi. We enjoyed the pool and the braai stand was clean.

For future reference, state that it is a "shared kitchen & pool". We had to share and walk to the kitchen. Pool is too small to be shared. The beds weren't as comfortable. Bathroom/shower did not have rubber carpet on the floor. The roads to the guest house are very bad. There's only one ground staff, doing all the work.

It's self catering, My kids enjoy swimming pool and Staff was always helpful. I will recommend it to many people. I will be back on my next stay.
