The bed in the room was quite comfortable

Very monotonous breakfasts with eggs only, with a bunch of flies in the dining room Other guests were smoking despite that the hotel should be smoking free area Drain tank in the toilet was leaking, the lustre (more like a lamp on the wire) in the room was not working There was no cleaning in the room whatsoever (the hotel promised to clean daily) The mosquito net on the balcony was damaged and badly glued with a duck tape

Lack of transparency when it comes to what’s included for breakfast. We were not informed that there is a separate breakfast that needs to be requested for the kid and since they served us (by default) with the regular breakfast (to our 2 year old included), we were informed at checkout that we had to pay for the full breakfast for our daughter. Also while I was served the coffee I requested during breakfast, I was informed, again, in the last day that this particular coffee is not included in breakfast and needs to be paid separately. Cleaningness - spiderweb on the roof in the bathroom, not so clean towels
