Не всегда можно заказать еду в отеле по заявленному меню.

1) Гостеприимные и отзывчивые хозяева, старались помочь со любыми просьбами 2) Организовали трансфер из аэропорта и экскурсию по городу 3) Раньше заселили без дополнительной платы 4) Просторные апартаменты, удобная кровать, хороший напор горячей воды 5) Очень вкусные обеды от хозяйки!

1) Ощущение, что номер не был подготовлен к нашему приезду: грязные коврики, посуда была не расставлена, не было туалетной бумаги и геля для душа 2) Мощности кондиционера не хватало на всю площадь виллы, дважды ломался 3) В номере очень много хлама от прошлых постояльцев: тюбики, бумажки, канцелярия, личные вещи - хотелось бы видеть чистый убранный номер, этими вещами все равно никто пользоваться не будет 4) Ночью из туалета приходит банда огромных тараканов, возможно это обычное явление для Шри Ланки :) Мы сняли виллу, поскольку я работала в поездке и мне важен был комфортный номер и стабильный интернет (он оказался не очень стабильным). Честно говоря, номер и предлагаемые удобства не стоят 67$ за ночь для Амбалангоды. Ставлю высокую оценку из-за доброго отношения хозяев.

We stayed at the Neem Tree for the first half of the February '25. And I want to say that it was probably most charming experience of the rest abroad. First of all because of the family who manages the guest house. They are lovely! I have so many thanks to them for their care and responsiveness! But okay, maybe it was something personal, so I say only facts about the guest house: our apartment was clean, toilet and shower was clean too, water heater worked well. Furniture and appliances were not brand new, but in a good condition, everything worked well. Conditioner worked well, too. Bed was big (200*210cm or something) any sturdy, mattress was exactly what I love: flat and even, medium-soft, it was obviously near to a brand new condition or of a really good quality, I slept very well. Pillows were good, too: no lumps or clots, or something, were felt like brand new or close to that. Bed lining and towels was in a good condition and clean. Location of the guest house is very convenient: - 1 minute walk to a beach, beach itself is really good - 1 minute walk to the beach restaurants (there are 2 of them, and they are pretty decent, bit pricey by standards of Lanka, but cousin is good, everything we ate were yummy, and I'm sure they work hard to cook the way non-lankians used to: it's not spicy at all, so the cuisine is great for those who can't eat spicy hot dishes) - 5-7 minutes walk to a local supermarket, were you can buy all basic goods you need: bottled water, vegs, meat, chicken, groceries, semi-finished food, freshly backed pizza, sandwiches and so on - 15 minutes walk to a bus and train station Conclusion: I don't want to say that it's absolutely perfect place, but we don't have absolute perfection in the world))) I want to say that I absolutely do recommend the guest house to stay. The comfort, the location, the way they treat you, the soul of the place - I loved it! As for me it's 10 out of 10. ❤️

Plus, the Wi-Fi is excellent, making it a great choice for remote work or staying connected with loved ones. Отличное расположение – в тихом, но удобном районе, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа с уютными ресторанами. Кстати, у хозяина там есть собственные лежаки, что делает отдых еще более комфортным. В двух минутах находится большой супермаркет Keells, где можно купить все необходимое. Гостеприимные хозяева всегда готовы помочь, дать полезные советы и организовать стирку вещей. Есть возможность заказать вкусное питание по меню, что особенно удобно для тех, кто хочет насладиться отдыхом без лишних забот. Номера просторные, чистые и комфортные, оборудованы кондиционером и потолочными вентиляторами. Дополнительно есть отдельная комната с кухонными принадлежностями, газовой плитой и холодильником – идеально для тех, кто предпочитает готовить самостоятельно. А еще здесь отличный Wi-Fi, что особенно важно для удаленной работы или видеосвязи с близкими. Рекомендую для комфортного и беззаботного отдыха!

Very good location, clean and tidy. Very helpful owner, who repaired some minor damage on our tuktuk for free. Nice breakfast.

ビーチが近く、ロケーションが最高です。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。お湯のシャワーも出ました。近所にスーパーもあり、簡単なキッチンが付いていて、フライパンと鍋、お皿もあり、簡単な食事であれば問題ありません。長期滞在に向いていると思います。ビーチもとってもキレイです。

強いて言うなら、wifiがもう少し強いと嬉しいです。
