the staff is very nice

the rooms are DIRTY!. we found underwear in a cabinet, the doors of the bathrooms have an ecosystem of mould, the door of the toilet is so swollen, it doesn’t close. No hot water, the internet code displayed inside the house didn’t match the one that was available. The bedcovers were simply disgusting and stinky. I’m not a fancy person but this was really below a basic standard. The staff did everything they could accommodating another room, and showing us the very nice view of the rooftop.

"Beautiful place to stay."

The view is spectacular, the room I reserved wasn’t the pictures one but they went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. I will definitely stay here again.

Original room smelled moldy but again, the did moved us to a different room. Botha units were very clean.
