The surrounding nature in the mountains. The size of the room. The balcony.

The balcony lights weren't working. The shower had no curtain and no hook to hang the shower head. The result was a flooded bathroom after a shower. It was too dark in the room to comfortably read a book in the evening. Communication with the hosts in english was not very good.
