Ubytovanie v pohode, za tie peniaze to bolo výborné, ale ostatné okolnosti, okolie, exteriér alebo poprípade stravovanie posúdiť nevieme nakoľko sme tam doslova len prespali. Potrebovali sme mať pohodlie na pár hodín po svadobnej zábave v Castello Events

Vzhľadom na okolností, nie je čo hodnotiť, bolo to všetko v poriadku

-Experiența la această pensiunea a fost una peste așteptările mele, chiar de la recepție, unde am fost primit cu căldură,fiind o oră târzie. Mă voi întoarce cu drag pentru a petrece mai multe zile în această locație.

Nu mi-a plăcut absolut nimic, cu siguranta nu vom mai reveni!

Personalul sub orice critica, nu se știu comporta cu clienții!

The issue at the beginning of our stay was the lack of information provided to us. The listing on the website states that access to the pool is included, so we naturally assumed that sunbeds were also included. However, when I wanted to take the children to the pool, the owner told us we were not allowed to use the sunbeds because we had not selected them specifically when booking (an option we did not see). In addition to the fact that we were not informed that sunbeds require an extra fee, we constantly felt scolded, as we were told that neither we nor our children were allowed to walk from the pool to the room because we would leave marks and create a mess. I don’t find it acceptable to pay for a stay and be treated this way. We were forced to leave the accommodation early because the owners were extremely disrespectful, even saying that if they wanted to, they could kick us out — despite the fact that we had paid for the full stay and had never used offensive language. We simply pointed out that no one had informed us about these aspects at check-in, which should have been standard procedure. We came here for rest and relaxation. The place itself is beautiful, but the organization and management are seriously lacking.

Great staff . Lovely breakfast. Good size room , comfy bed . Good hotel parking .
