Hostal Cala Moli

I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back—probably my favorite place on the island. The views are incredible, with rooms on different levels overlooking the sea. The studios are spacious with big terraces. I especially love the hammocks and the little private rocky beach below. The owner is super lovely. Oh, and they recently renovated the bathrooms, so it’s even better now! :D

Hosts are super friendly and go a long way to cater for your special requests. The sea view from the terrases is stupendous. Access to the sea via a beautiful private path.

Drinks in the fridge in the room appear to be complimentary (no listed pricing or mini bar info anywhere) but they pop up on your bill if consumed - worth noting.

As we arrived in the villa at 5 pm, ( after waiting 30 minutes ), we were faced with 2 “welcome staff”, 2 very aggressive men who took us around the house, while we were discovering a multitude of issues: -the 3 locks from the doors of the 3 bedrooms were broken -the door from the main entrance was broken -the air conditioning was not working in one of the bedroom -there were aunts all over the corridor, and going into one bedroom -there was a camera in one of the room. -the wifi did not work, and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to fi it, and it was still super unstable. As we were complaining to these two men, we were told that they were not responsible, and that we were women and they were men and we could not complain to them… We felt very threatened and very unsafe as they had the key of the house. It was already 6:30 pm, we were really upset and had to leave the house because we had a dinner outside ( as you can imagine, we came only for 4days and had plans). We tried to call the house manager , Julia , who said we had to go back to the house earlier that night so that she could “fix the issues”. It was 9:30 pm and we canceled our evening to go back. As we were going through all the issues, Julia said that she understood us and promised that she would reimburse us the remaining 3 nights after that one nights it was so late already. So we agreed to check out the next day at 12 and booked a hotel for the remaining 3 nights. In the meantime, we found out that the bed sheets were dirty ( see pictures) and spent a horrible night. We called the booking service 3 times to complain about the issue and were told that Julia declined to reimburse us , contrary to what she had said. You can only imagine how upset we are !

Relaxing and comfortable. We spend one night and 2 days in Costal Cala Moli ( not enough). Next time definitely planning to stay at this property at least 4 nights. We rented a car to-travel around Ibiza. And this was our last day before departure. Swimming pool has fresh water and the view is to remember. Private access to the sea, not a beach but equipped with steps down the water, so we did swim and relaxed on the rocks. Staff are helpful, Breakfast lovely, definitely highly recommended

Great location with stunning views and poolside area. Room and bathroom good space with a lovely terrace and views.

The breakfast is sub-standard and the coffee is terrible.
