Such a great place. The room was clean and confortable. Cofffee/tea, kettle, fridge, dishes for everyone to use in the hallway , and then you leave them and they magically appear clean.. a dream come true. Situated between Castelrotto village and Seis, in walking distance. Thel ady of the house in friendly and helpful. Located im Italy, but organized by the Austrians.

I did not mind this, at all, but the rooms are not soundproof and we had some really passionate neighbours in room 1. 😁0

The location was great! Just a short walk from the bus stop down the road. Kastelruth is less than a kilometer away, alittle town with everything you need and the perfect jump off point for all bus transfers. I was traveling alone and relying on the buses. So it was all very convenient, especially with the guest pass you get from the hotel. Beds were comfy and the hot shower after a long day of trekking was perfecttttt!

My mistake, it didnt have breakfast. But I thought it did. But there’s a supermarket just in the next town, so it was convenient to get stuff and they have a fridge you can use. I had the CUTEST breakfast nook in my room. So I made sure I had time for alittle breakfast on my last day.

Allowing to use a refrigerator & has balcony which can sit to watch stars at night.

I stayed in room 4. The ceiling to the shower is slopped & very low. I had to bent my head while I take shower not to hit my head. I’m 5’5” tall.
