New facility

I informed the manager about some improvements. It is better if the towels, and at least a water bottle tea coffee are available in the room.

Nice Location with view!

There's no toilet paper. Commode Seat is wet with water when I am enter the bathroom.

The host here was extremely shifty. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome here. The shower and wifi didn’t work. I went outside and was locked out twice. He offered me dinner and then just before dinner time cancelled. He was argumentative and rude. On the last night there was someone flicking the lights on and off outside my room which had a glass door and no curtain. He also tried to tell booking.com I didn’t stay so I couldn’t write a review. This place may have been good but the new host is really bad and can’t recommend this place at all

The property is stunning, newly built and the view from the room is incredible. It is a little remote but being surrounded by rice fields it’s 100% worth it - you can easily rent out bikes or get a pickme so not a problem. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a fab addition.

The wifi wasn’t the strongest, this wouldn’t have been an issue if we weren’t trying to plan out the next part of our trip as the surroundings are so relaxing it would be a great place to switch off.

You need bikes or moto to visit Anuradhapura from the hotel location, but they rent out bikes there so that's a good option. Wifi is rather weak.
