Very nice and quiet Home - just outside shopping are. Nimal very friendly kind helpfull Host. We enjoyed a Perfect breakfast with fresh kinds of fruit toast jam coconut roti coffee / tea Highly reccommend

Host is great. You won't feel him until you need anything then he suddenly appears like magic, so nice and helpful. Room is clean and everything is well thought of. Best value for money!

Nimal's location is just south of the new town. The facilities are v.good value for money. When we arrived he made us a pot of tea and answered our questions in how best to visit the sites. The breakfasts were good , omelette, toast, marmalade and mixed fruit with tea. He was even able to fix breakfast for 6:00hrs to allow us to cycle away early. Nimal is a great host and he provides excellent budget accommodation.

Nimal was an amazing host. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. Nimal arranged a tour for us which was much cheaper than through the normal booking sites. Highly recommend.

The owner is very hospitable and helps in every way possible. The rooms are air conditioned, the beds are comfortable, everything is clean. The atmosphere is calming, the center of the city is a nice walk away or 1 minute by tuk tuk. His dog Nas a is an excellent guard, distinguishing between guests and other newcomers.

Nimal is amazing. Within moments of arriving he’d organised our afternoon’s activities as well as a morning safari.

Very comfortable room with everything you need: Drinking water, soap, clean towels. In general the room was very clean and the location very good.

The bed could be a bit bigger for two people and the room in general is tiny.
