Seven Rich Villa

Clean property, AC worked well, beds are comfortable. Very friendly staff. I have a little son, staff helped me lot for making his hot milk.

The Owner is very friendly and helpful in a way. 10 minutes walk to the Lake where there are many restaurants and juice bars.

The Hotel was not well maintained. We were offered a room with a completely molded Bathroom, we’ve never seen something as horrible as that. The whole Ceiling is covered with grey and black Mould. Immediately held my breath and asked to change the room. The Owner then offered us another room but we have to pay 1000 Rupees more. The Ventilation in the Bathroom is bad, some parts of the Wall in the Room is also molded. It’s not worth the Price at all. The Hotel definitely needs refurbishment.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Seven Rich Villa in Anuradhapura. The host, Ashan, was incredibly helpful and made sure that all of our requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. He even helped us arrange a place for our driver at a lower rate, which was greatly appreciated. The tea service was also a lovely touch, and we never felt overcharged or hit with hidden costs during our stay. The rooms were well maintained and clean, with good facilities. We found them to be very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Since we came with two families, having full privacy was important to us, and we were delighted to learn that there were no other bookings for the extra two rooms. This allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time at the villa without any interruptions or disturbances. The location of the villa was perfect for those wanting to visit Anuradhapura for worship. We found it to be very convenient and easy to get to. Overall, our experience at Seven Rich Villa was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and hassle-free stay in Anuradhapura.

The place is small and compact so we didn't have a spacious garden to spend time outside.The small garden covered within walls built around blocked the air flow into the small garden and the hous.We came from a cold country so we specially felt the hot climate and lack of cool breeze outside was unbearable . Otherwise everything else is offered to us at a good and fair price and can be rated as excellent.

The host was very friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in time and there was no issue. He prepared us a good breakfast with toasts and fruits. We slept very well, it was very quiet and beds were very confortable. I really recommend!
