Everything was perfect from the start to the departure. The staff are very helpfull and polite they took care of everything and they make sure you have a wonderful experience. They made me food around 9pm and I could eat beside the water, the rooms are very clean and confortable, the view is incredible. They offer you transportation in boat from the hotel to the Philae temple and they come back to pick you when you are done. The owner is very nice and take good care of customers satisfaction. They are making renovations to build a coffee and a restaurant so this is going to be a top destination to stay in a very near futur. Don't worry they make the renovations on another building and they are very quiet I didn't know they were working until they showed me. Thank you I recommand this place.

飯店自己有船,所以在飯店搭即可,往返船費EGP 500/船 ； 中餐或晚餐 EGP 350/人 房費含早餐,也可以跟飯店預定中餐或晚餐,餐點選擇不多,但還蠻好吃的 飯店的景觀很漂亮,很有度假的感覺,飯店的人也都很好,住宿體很好

飯店的位置要叫車比較不方便,叫車離開飯店要請飯店人員跟司機說正確的路線,因為叫車軟體上的路線是錯誤的

Great spot in Aswan! We spent a night here so only had a short time. The location was perfect to be able to visit the Philae Temple in the morning and easily have breakfast and get to the airport for a noon flight. They made it easy and helped not only with transport to/from the airport, but also coordinated an early morning boat to the ticket office and then to the Philae Temple.
