The balcony was dirty from birds, and I could not use the chairs to enjoy the view, during the check-in did not provide all information like how to get in the hotel during the night or when the recreation desk is not cover by anyone. The TV and ethernet did not work for the period when we brought all of this to the attention of the receptionist she said they had some issues with the providers, we paid for 3 rooms and we felt like nobody cares after you paid.

Everything was great, the lady at the reception desk was very helpful and nice, a true professional! The room very clean, we all loved our time there! Definitely recommend!

On the beach but on the 'ugly side'. Cleaning lady coming in everyday. Airconditioning was functional.

Modest building without authorization from the fire department (warning printed and displayed on the front door). Charging station for electric cars installed but not in function. Modest facilities for the price. No breakfast option.

The view from the room facing the beach was amazing, it was totally worth it. The receptionist and cleaning staff were so lovely and helpful. Clean room and sheets, working appliances in the room. Will definitely come back here.

You have to walk about 10-15 minutes to reach the centre of Eforie Nord but we stayed here during the off peak season in May. Starting with June and until late September, you can find many restaurants closer to the property. Nothing wrong with the property itself.

It was very easy to park there and gain access to the building. Although we arrived earlier than anticipated, we were able to check in to our room very easily. The staff were very helpful and we were able to get a pile of washing done. The apartment had a nice balcony and sea view with the building right on the beach front. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good restaurant just there too. We stayed at Ryanna very early in the season so it was quiet (many places were still shut) but we enjoyed the tranquillity. On the other side of the building is a small lake where we walked around. Ryanna is only a short walk from plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and there is an attractive seafront promenade too.

When we made the original reservation, we were instructed to pay 50% of the cost in advance via an international bank payment. This ended up costing us an extra £25 in charges. It would have made more sense to have paid via credit card either in advance or when we arrived.
