The location was good. The staff was friendly.

Cleaning issues. The bedsheet had holes and stains. The comforter, pillows, and curtains were old and stained. The toilet seat was broken. The staff also refused to change the sheets and insisted they were clean.

Eventhough I have confirmed my booking with this property, they said that the property is full and I cannot be accommodated. I had to search for another property. I have then decided NOT to go in with booking.com henceforth.

Even after confirmed booking, I was told that the rooms are full and not available for me.
