Located next to a very busy and noisy street. The specific room we had, had a seperate bathroom down the corridor. It did state private bathroom on bookings.com but it was not very clearly stated that it was NOT EN-SUITE. So slightly misleading if you are not very attentive when doing the booking.

Location nice and central. Suited us perfectly. Beautiful oak tree. Die Akker!

Loud tick tick tick of electric fence monitor was irritating. Litter in flower pot unsightly No front door mat to wipe wet feet on. Fact that there was no window made the room claustrophobic.

The bed was comfy-ish. I did light how each light bulb had a different color and temperature, makes you feel like they really care about details.

Every single item in the room makes a massive noise. The fridge, the air con even the TV and the lights. And then your next to main road, plus the doors have zero insulation so you hear reception and everyone else. The pictures make it look lovely from the outside, but that’s where it stops
