"Bad treatment of guests by the owner"

The owner cared less when I called to request intervention regarding blinds that were visible from outside. This did not afford us the privacy we needed. In fact, he promised to call after talking to the maid but never came back to me and worse avoided my calls. No feedback received from him to date. His attitude was to say "it is what it is"
