Everything else was exceptionally perfect, very friendly staff members

The cleaning services didn’t carry out their part well. We arrived Monday night and there were hair strands and crumbs on the floor. We let it sink thinking they will clean the following day but the cleaner came and just removed trash from the bins Tuesday morning . This happened throughout the week

The room didn't have water

The fact that it was the closest to the Medi-Clinic and the Mimosa Mall. Beautiful well prepared rooms, safety was a great priority for overnight. The friendly receptionist who was very helpful.

The fact that second time i booked, the room that was allocated was good though there were renovations taking place we did not mind staying there. We just wished that there be a smoking room where guests would not go out and smoke.

The guy at the reception working night shift was very nice and professional. All the staff members were professional. The facility is clean so are the rooms

Staff not helpful, shower wall to high to get inside and no chair or hand rims to assist, the shower structure very bad
