"Family friendly, in great location for those on a budget or self-catering."

Friendly staff, value for money, security (gate was closed at night to inner yard where car was parked), full kitchen great for self catering (we didn't, but good to have the option), old town centre is really pretty and lively with good restaurants and bars.

The double bed (two singles pushed together) was quite hard. In the summer it can get hot as the apartment is in the top story - an air-conditioning unit is provided but is too loud to run overnight. WiFi provided but too weak signal to use in the apartment. However, for the price, this is nit-picking.
