clean and comfortable

I wanted a room downstairs but none were available. 1 TV channel in English

Very clean, really friendly people! Super close to the night market, train, and river.

This is a very inviting place, in a great location near the railway station, main drag leading to the famous bridge, and Railway Museum, It has a really charming entrance area, with table and seats, and an upstairs public verandah for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and large, but showing their age. The decor is old and a bit of an odd mixture. The bathrooms are functional but also showing their age. However, the value for money factor is really very good. There is a constant supply of water bottles. The setting is quiet, set back from the road, although there was some dog barking immediately outside the property on one night. The place is well managed, for sure.

The owner is super nice and helpful, rooms clean, we would for sure come again :).

The old plush toys are a little creepy, would toss them ;).
