I liked how how clean and peaceful the place was

The fact that the plugs were not working on the last day and we couldn’t charge your phone.

Cleanliness. Quiet, relaxing location. General comfort.

Access road to the place is terrible.Lots of potholes on dirt road which is a bit dangerous especially when one is driving to the place for the first time; and moreso at night.

Lovely location and good ammenities for the price point.

Booked this accomodation for our team for a work trip and had a concerning experience with staff on arrival and at reception. After following the check-in instructions and calling to have the gate opened, our team introduced themselves as guests with a confirmed booking and were met with “What do you want?” in a dismissive tone. At reception, one team member’s greeting was ignored while another was selectively addressed. During this interaction, an inappropriate personal question was asked about whether a guest was staying alone or with a partner, which was not relevant to the booking. Taken together, and in the context of previous visits, these interactions made the team feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This did not meet the level of professionalism and hospitality expected for work travel.

The swimming pool water wasn’t clean so we could not swim.

No meals provided but the Woolies milk and tea/coffee with rusk was great for our rushed mornings.
