Quiet, spacious double bedroom!

It was exactly what I needed, somewhere quiet and well equipped. My hosts were friendly and engaging, a pleasant surprise from other places I'd been to. The room was well thought out and even had a fridge, which was most welcome, as was the fan, in this warm weather. Super comfy bed. The additional tv channels including Netflix was just spoiling me. Very happy and ive booked again for this weekend ☺️

A shared bathroom was a new adventure for me but I soon learned to synchronised my visits. Getting into the bath/shower was a bit of a challenge, as I'm recovering from a hip operation but soon got the hang of it.

I've stayed here several times now and honestly wouldn't choose anywhere else when I'm working in the area. The accommodation is always clean, quiet, and comfortable, with plenty of space and everything I need for my stay. Check-in is straightforward. The rooms are well maintained, and they're consistently good value for money. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be returning again.

Clean comfortable & decent shower. Kettle with tea and coffee etc in a simple but comfortable room, v comfortable bed. They let me bring my bike in and allowed an earlier than normal check in.
