Das Haus liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Sommerhausen., so dass alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Das kleine Hotel ist schön und man fühlt sich hier wohl. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es stehen gute Weine zur Selbstbedienung käuflich zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist eine Terrasse vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Nachtruhe nicht gestört..
