Понравилось расположение гостиницы. Чистота в номере. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Добрые и отзывчивые хозяева. Тишина в номере. Рядом есть удобная парковка для машины.

Proximity to city centre. Very nice hosts. Father was very obliging and picked me up from the airport for a fair fee. He also helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. Property is good value for the price. Room is spotless and has a kettle and fridge.

Not much privacy as one is staying in the same premises as the owners. Could clearly hear conversations on the balcony right in front of the bedroom. I realise this is a family property but out of consideration to guests renting out room, phonecalls, when made directly in front of bedroom, should be conducted with the loudspeaker turned off so that guests can relax. Bed, although it had spotlessly clean linen, was uncomfortable. A top sheet should be provided.

The host was very helpful. In my next visit to Tblisi. He even helped me finding another hotel because his rooms were full.

An absolute gem in Tbilisi! Rafael and Rafael's family are incredibly warm, helpful, and always at your service. Not to mention the location is superb, it's very close to the old city center and few meters away from Avlabari metro station, making exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommend!
