O wow what a pleasant surprise. The whole process was easy. The unit was beautiful and clean. What a good experience. Will definitely be back.

My room was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. I appreciated the fruit, rusks and tea that were provided as I arrived later than planned on the first night. There were hanging cupboards for clothes as well as draws. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in the centre of Stellenbosch.

1) Even though the walk-in shower was large, water still splashed out. A towelling mat would have been good to dry the floor - I used a hand towel but the cleaning ladies didn't seem to notice. 2) One of the dogs barked incessantly from around 06:00 in the morning. I sent a message to the host at 06:30 and she did send someone to attend to the dog soon thereafter. 3) Neither of the bedside lamps initially worked. Once I had sorted out the plugs, they were fine.

Good location and good accommodation

Constant barking by dogs unaddressed by owners.

Very friendly proprietor- very accomodating. Beautiful garden with trees surrounding the unit. Farm - feeling with birds and guineafowl.

The attention to detail in the room was exquisite and the kitchenette was very well appointed. This guesthouse is on a stunning property and the swimming pool was fabulous! Also, it was really quiet and peaceful. This place exceeded my expectations.
