Deși, din motive personale, am fost nevoită să anulez chiar în ziua în care urma să ne cazăm, experiența mea cu această pensiune a fost excelentă. Am fost impresionată de aspectul exterior, de curățenia impecabilă și de atmosfera plăcută încă din momentul în care am ajuns. Personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil, iar doamna de la recepție ne-a întâmpinat cu multă căldură, ne-a ajutat cu bagajele și avea totul pregătit pentru sosirea noastră. În ciuda anulării de ultim moment, au dat dovadă de înțelegere și profesionalism, aprobând anularea și returnându-mi banii fără probleme. Rar întâlnești oameni atât de respectuoși și un serviciu atât de bine pus la punct. Chiar dacă nu am ajuns să mă cazez efectiv, impresia pe care mi-au lăsat-o a fost una excepțională. Recomand cu toată încrederea pentru raportul calitate-preț, amabilitatea personalului, aspectul locației și profesionalismul de care au dat dovadă. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recomand cu drag!
