De fiecare dată când revenim in Vatra Dornei alegem Pensiunea Happy Inn pentru că atmosfera de poveste din interiorul și din jurul pensiunii, pentru oamenii deosebiți de la pensiune

Amplasarea pensiunii. În parc la 5 minute de partia de schi.

Aspectul învechit al camerei și al pensiunii. Mobilata din sărăcie. Nu există un cuier în camera. La baie săpunul și gel de dus erau așa de mici că era mai gros ambalajul decât conținutul. Hârtia igienică minusculă. Am fost nevoit să cer in plus la camerista. Baia cu cabina de dus cu palmieri este fix ce trebuie. Restaurantul scump și cu produse foarte slabe. Am mîncat o singură dată la prînz și nu ne-a mai trebuit. Ciorba de burta este de evitat . M-am stricat la burta. Proprietarii sunt indiferenti fata de nevoile si asteptarile clientilor. In prima zi am ajuns la ora 11.30. La acea ora scarile de la intrarea pensiunii erau pline de zapada si gheata. Fiica mea a cazut si numai Dumnezeu ne-a pazit sa nu pateasca ceva. A doua zi la fel. La ora 10 nici un angajat nu iesise din pensiune sa dea cu o matura si sa ia funia de la intrare. Sunt lucruri simple dar care spun totul despre preocuparea fata de client.
