location was high up in the hills, with a winding, steep road (but no worse than some other places we stayed at); excellent view; very spacious location, with large bedroom and kitchen; had whole floor to ourselves; heating was adequate

no one was at the location when we arrived (late, but within the check-in time period); we had to have someone (at a nearby hotel) phone the host, who came 15 minutes later; host left without noting when she might come back for breakfast (communication was an issue, as she spoke little English)
