I booked 4 rooms of deluxe double room with balcony, 2 of the toilets have big cockroaches. It makes me and my friend uncomfortable with the toilet. Also, the room has so much dust, it's like the staff didn't clean it before we checked in. The bed sheets make us feel itchy and have redness. And, the toilet door can't close tightly :(

I’ve been backpacking for 5 months now and this is the first property I had to leave! I’m not sure where these good reviews are coming from, our room was absolutely vile and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bathroom was just covered in grime I felt like I could catch a disease. Found rat poo and thick black hairs under my pillow and then discovered 2 alive rats under the bed, along with massive amounts of rubbish that had never been cleaned.
