Tout, absolument tout ! Je n’ai jamais séjourné dans un hébergement aussi complet. La décoration est soignée, l’agencement particulièrement réussi, et absolument rien ne manque, que ce soit en cuisine ou dans la buanderie. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, l’environnement extrêmement calme, et la piscine à débordement apporte la touche finale à ce lieu déjà superbe. Enfin, le prix reste raisonnable, notamment pour une période aussi prisée que le Nouvel An.

Tout a été apprécié. Pas de points négatifs.

The property is about a 30-minute drive from Funchal airport. The closest town (Ribeira Brava) is about 5 minutes away by car, but much longer walking, and there is a very steep slope up to the house. We really enjoyed the view, the pool, the garage (parking in Madeira is sometimes tricky to find). The house is exceptionally equipped and kept in very good condition. The villa is centrally located on the Southern coast. It's close to a North-South route across the center of the island, and also close to the East-West route. This means you are always no more than 1 hour away from all points on the island (even the most remote ones). One thing to note, there are not a lot of eating places within walking distance, but there are a lot of options in Ribeira Brava. We are definitely thinking about renting this place again on a future trip!

Sometimes there can be a bit of noise from the apartment upstairs, depending on how noisy the upstairs guest are.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean and had all the comforts of home. The ocean view from the villa and terrace is absolutely gorgeous. We loved watching the sunset. The hosts were very thoughtful and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment is in a good location to access other parts of the island. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was great, but a car is needed to go to Ribeira Brava. There are no shops or cafès within walking distance.

I loved the space of this stay! It was very roomy. We had 3 adults, and it was very private having your own bathroom attached to the bedrooms. They had a fan in each bedroom so you could open the doors and let the cool air in. The pool was such a plus, it was amazing to dip our feet in after hiking and have the incredible views.
