The hotel was clean and tidy and they went out of their way to help me with my 16 month olds pushchair as we we're on tge second floor, room was comfy and it was really appreciated that they emptied the bin every day.

I wouldn't change a thing.

With just a short walk on the road outside you are in the Town centre one way and a lovely park and beach the other way. The Breakfast at Annie's was fantastic and all for ยฃ7.50, plenty of parking on the road. We also had a sea view from our room at the top of the guest house. A lovely place to stay

Shared bathroom and toilet but this wasn't a problem.

"Expensive for GNR but if staying for normal price a good old round bed and breakfast."

The location for the end of the GNR was fantastic and easy check in process one you have the details and completed the on line form

The shower door was broken which made the shower awkward to use, quality of breakfast was not the best use cheap beans , sausage etc and would not do a poached egg even though they advertised they did.

"Great location for the beach"

Beds we're comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The lady looking after us was lovely.

The room was a little too warm.
