The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly. Rooms were too cute and overall a great experience.

The people are really friendly and ist was a lovley welcome! The rooms are warm and clean. We are happy with our Choice!

Rooms on first floor in private house. Simple but very comfy. Great view on Kazbek from tarrace. Warm what is important in Autumn

The owners were very nice and helpful, they’re able to arrange for you many services eg. a tour to Trinity church. The apartment and shared bathroom was very clean. There is parking for guests, telescope to observe stars, Kazbegi view and adorable cats sitting on your laps when you are having your morning coffee on the balcony. The property is close to city centre. However there’s no kitchen, the electric kettle and tableware are provided. The place is English friendly and we were welcomed with a glass of homemade wine!

Few times there was no electricity, but only for a short while, and after shower bathroom was soaked with water, but the owner made everything to keep it clean.

The staff was helpful

The shared space between the rooms was noisy. Other guests made noise by talking and also by walking (the floor there makes a lot of noise). Also the shower was broken. The fact that the bathroom was shared was mentioned to me only after I ordered.
