The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk to so many places to eat and tour. We loved it!

Location..and cabin would be great if they would update to make it comfortable. See below!

Cabin had a horrible musty smell. We had to burn a candle to try to make it better. The bed was awful!!!! (Including pillows and bedding)All furniture was old and needs replaced. My husband fell out of chair in livingroom and I out of chair on porch. All are wobbly and unsafe! 2 cats that lived there kept hanging out on my car, which really wasn't cool. Shower is the worst!!! For the price, we will not return.

This was a perfect place for two people. Great location. We loved the historic quirky nature of this home. The kitchen was really nice and the whole place was clean.

A hair dryer would be a nice addition.

The location was perfect. We loved being so close to everything and sitting on the front porch was great! It was easy to find and felt like home while we were there.

Breakfast was not included. Coffee, tea and a juice press and fresh oranges were provided. We didn't pay attention and press juice the first morning, but did the second morning. What a great offering! I now have the same press at home! The kitchen was well equipped and had some basic cooking essentials, like olive oil, spices, etc. The house was well appointed with some great vintage pieces. The wifi/tv service was super. The location was in a quiet neighborhood in the historic Lincolnville district. It is a neighborhood of small cottages and old homes. The cottage is 1/2 block off the route of the hop on hop off bus. You can walk to a stop, eliminating the need to drive and park downtown. The cottage itself is very near downtown - within walking distance if you are fit, or an easy 5 minute drive to the town square, old town and the college. We met both the hosts, who temporarily live in the back of the property. They were very nice, helpful and interested that our stay was outstanding. Nearby, within walking distance, are a great waterside restaurant St Augustine Fish Camp. There is also the Ice House and its restaurant, a Starbucks and a small gas station/carryout called Carmelas with a great pizza/italian carryout. The neighborhood is safe to walk, though sidewalks are rough and narrow.

The bathroom could use a hair dryer, and maybe some stick on hooks in the shower to hang wet washcloths so they dont drip on the floor.
