Mulenvo Guest House (59 Dolphin Drive, Blouberg) I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience during what was supposed to be a 2-night stay 3rd and 4th This 5 days after a 11 day stay at the same place Upon arrival, we were first informed that there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed booking for the current and following day. To make matters worse, when we mentioned our car had developed an issue during our planned 2-week trip in the area and was broken down ,immobile on the property. the groundsman/housekeeper became extremely confrontational. He was rude, spoke to us in an entitled manner, and used racial persona language that left us shocked and confused. He ultimately swore at us and told us to "fuck off the property. With this car, It will not stay here" Being treated this way - especially with discriminatory remarks and intoxication of groundsman & aggressive language - is completely unacceptable. We were left stranded with no accommodation and deeply upset by the way we were spoken to. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, and urge other travelers to consider alternative accommodation options in Blouberg.

Clean and quiet area

The guest house is well located.

There was way too many disturbances from other tenants. I'm sure they could have been more considerate of other guests. It is inappropriate for tenants to have other guests invited and or overnight at the establishment. There was no order as to who are legitimate in order to reduce or eliminate the noise and consider other guests.
