Great Location and Valuable

The bed was very comfortable, and since it is a ways out of town and right on the river, it was nice and quiet. Nice garden to sit in provided you don't go during this season, when it is way too hot to do anything outdoors. The owners/staff were friendly and accommodating. Good value for money though I've stayed at much nicer places in the country for the same price. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head near Kamphaeng Phet on your way up- or down-country, it's fine. There's parking and WiFi.

The breakfast was a joke: "coffee & bread" in the room, i.e. an instant coffee in a packet, and some sort of soft mushy baked good, also in aluminium shrinkwrap. The bathroom was one of those affairs where once you take a shower, you get wet feet every time you go to the b/r for the rest of your stay. The air-con in our first room didn't work, but we were promptly relocated to a much smaller room, which was fine but clearly a downgrade. The "river view" really only exists from the 4-person room.

Charming hotel along the Ping River, clean fresh rooms, a comfy bed and nicely decorated room. Staff were friendly and accommodating despite our late night arrival.

Air conditioner was a little noisy, but otherwise worked well. (I'd still stay in same room again without hesitation).

Cleanliness, the room and toilet are very clean. I am so impressed. Staff are very friendly and care, they asked me if we would like to clean the room every morning we met, they helped us carry our baggages up stairs and down stairs.

The wall is thin, I can hear sound from next room when they use toilet or close the door. But it's ok.
