Naturale Guest House

This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever travelled to. The island is just a gem. The family who runs the place is so very friendly and kind, it’s very calm and relaxed, the restaurant serves some tasty food, the laundry service is also great. You have a waterboiler and get water, tea and coffee every day with the cleaning service. Had a couple of sick days and even then it felt just so cozy in that stay. Right besides, there’s the Syron spa, where you get fabulous massages! Dream beach is a 20 minutes walk, and close by there’s the hidden beach, also nice (but be careful when alone). You can’t ask for more, perfect value for money!

Central and convenient location. Very nice staff, they helped organise a taxi for us when we left. Lovely little room and good food. Highly recommend.

Watch out for the bugs! This comes with any place you choose to stay in Nusa Lembongan. 😉

My room smelled like humidity, a bit of mold and mostly bad from the shower drain. As there was no door to the bathroom, the smell was very present in the room. The walls are not in good shape and are full the humidity. For the price, I guess the value is ok. However, I did not feel like everything was clean, sheets did not smeel fresh either. You could see that the rooms used to be wonderful, but a little more attention to detail in the cleaning process, could increase the comfort by a lot.

Fantastic stay close to mushroom beach. We extended because it was comfortable and welcoming with a great location.

Breakfast was not that great but it did the job. Some ants in our room but they didn't really bother us. A/C wasn't working very well since it was stuck at low fan speed.

We were probably unlucky to experience a very unsavoury plumbing issue on our first night. Flushing the toilet resulted in sewage flowing out of the shower drain and all over the bathroom after staff had gone off duty. Next day after a problem inspection we were requested to find alternative accommodation, and given a full refund along with a sincere apology. This was very inconvenient but the only practical option 😒
