Close to the ocean and surfing area. Breakfast served. Good price in November. Comfy beds. Kitchen available throughout the day.

We received room 1 downstairs. We heard everything through the walls, or when somebody opened a door, or the next room neighbors with tv on and washing dishes after 10pm. I had to put in earplugs, which are not supercomfortable during night, so my sleeping experience wasn't amazing.

Very kind staff and a great breakfast.

Walls a bit thin and wind shook the doors a bit. But hearing the crashing waves while falling asleep was nice!
