It’s oddly loud for such a quiet town, and there were some disturbing animal noises (mice?) that I really want to think were behind the wall, not in it or in the furniture in our room

Nice staff and very helpful. Clean. Good location in historic area. Bathroom outside and inside the room. Cozy atmosop here

バンコクからミニバスの乗って到着したアユタヤのバス停留所から徒歩で来れた。

宿の受付があるわけじゃなく人がいない。隣の関係ないレストランの人に聞いて呼んでもらったら奥から出てきた。その女性スタッフは親切。Wifiなどの案内が部屋にないので、外に出てまたスタッフを探して聞いて。常備されてるはずの電気ケトルもドライヤーもなし。

The property is ideally located to go and visit 3 ancient temple 🛕 sites within walking distance the furthest away is only a 10 minute walk. The property is also only a short walk away from the night market where the lovely Thai cuisine can be purchased. Also you can book a river boat trip to visit 3 temples and the staff will take very good care of you every step of the way while you travel along the rivers you will be able to see the old traditional houses I highly recommend this trip at a very reasonable price only 250 baht per adult as of 26/12/2025. The trip is finished off back at the property with a complimentary drink (non alcoholic) you are also transported from the property to the boat by tuk tuk and returned back by tuk tuk only a 10 minute journey that adds to the whole experience. The staff really do go above and beyond to make sure you have a good day and myself and my partner thank them for all their efforts 🙏 I would like to add that it is our 3rd time visiting Ayutthaya and we will absolutely definitely be returning to the Binlar Guesthouse thank you 🙏 to all the staff and the owner Pete is the most humble knowledgeable man a true gentleman thank you Pete with best wishes to you all for 2026 and see you all again soon 🙏🙏🙏

Nothing to not like

Ottima posizione. Esattamente di fronte alle rovine archeologiche (100 a lato del sito principale Wat Mahathat). Il bar a lato organizza varie attività tra cui tour in barca e visita a 3 templi che consiglio se si ha un pomeriggio perché si vedono la maggior parte delle attrazioni della città e al pomeriggio con il tramonto dal fiume é bellissimo

Nulla da dire rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
