Staff were nice and room was pretty clean. Interesting array of collectables around the place. Is two toilets and two showers a good thing?

The noise of the nightclub near door, don't stay here unless you have good noise cancelling earplugs. Misleading advertising for this property - beware! Garden view? Prang view? There were no windows so there was no view of anything, the room was a dank cupboard under the stairs next to the restaurant toilet. The floor was all broken porcelain tiles that aren't glued to the floor, on which you can cut your feet. Cable tv? YouTube is all you get. Weren't game to use either of he showers, they were a bit questionable and are over each of the toilets. The toilets were a bit ick and mozzies come through the vents at night due to no screen. Black mould on the ceiling. Not a lot of parking available and you need to walkthrough over the garbage bags and oil tins to get to the room.

The place is absolutely amazing such a great view and the owner is obviously a collector so has many old and interesting things scattered about

The location was great, in front of one of the Wats and hardly 5 minutes from Wat Maha That. A restaurant located at the entrance of the guesthouse with really friendly and helpful staff. The family room had two bathrooms. We stayed 2 nights and on both days fresh towels and water bottles for all has been brought.

Unfortunately no breakfast available and no windows in the family room.
