"On the way to Kruger Park."

Safe. Clean. Good aircon. Good communication on arrival.

Mattress too soft. Make sure to spray Peaceful Sleep Room, when going out for supper.

She checked on me and notified my daughter when I had arrived.

The water was cold and as I called to try and ask if there was no issue she didn't respond to the phones or WhatsApp messages. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bedding didn't smell clean and the quilt had stains.
