Extremely racist and dishonest host. I came with my family, one child and my mother included. We were not notified that there would be a loud private party that night. My mother had a seizure due to the loud music blasting all the way until past midnight. When I told the staff about my mum, she ignored us and walked away. For anyone who wants proof, I can show recording footage. Then after when I asked for a refund, a discriminatory remark was made (again I have screenshot of this). The rooms were dusty and dirty, the blanket smelt like it hasn't been washed in a long time. The cleaning staff were screaming and laughing for another hour past 1am. They did not accommodate at all to our needs, even after such serious health issue that they caused. They gave no notice that they would be blasting heavy music with their private party on that night. The listing is inaccurate, there is no 24 hour host, they are rude and unfriendly and not at all polite. They did not do any check in for us officially. We left the next morning even without any refund, that's how bad the experience was. We travel more than 6 times a year, but have never experienced such discrimination and such bad service. Location is also an issue, although this is my own fault, as I didn't check beforehand. It is on top of a hill, so it is hard to walk up, especially in the heat. NOT suitable at all for families. Or anyone who stands against discrimination and racism.

The manager and her staff were exceptional in the care and consideration. Nothing was overlooked. We will definitely return. thank you.

Amazing views. Great sunsets. Terrace upstairs for sunbathing and lounge downstairs to chill with a book. Authentic delicious food. The riad has beautiful interiors decorated with taste and care; you walk in from outside and are transported to a different world! But the best aspect about this riad is the lady who runs it! She was amazing. She sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport, recommended & arranged activities (we asked) and restaurants to eat at. We experienced the easygoing, kind , generous way of the Moroccan people through her. Amazing place! Amazing people ❤️

Room size, location, decor, uniqueness The staff were very friendly and the views are lovely!

I had to change my room because they didn't have an aircon remote for my aircon. There was no shampoo or body soap in the bathrooms. I had to ask for towels for the bathroom. There was some clutter in places that could have been cleaned up.
