Location allowed us to travel easily. Bus going to the airport stops in front of the hotel.

Noise coming from the common area (dining) from other visitors talking and laughing. Sometimes happens during early morning.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We have to change rooms multiple times for comfort.

The toilet seat is inside the shower enclosure, nobody else can use it if somebody is showering 🤪. Would be nicer to add a shampoo/soap holder inside the shower instead of only by the BR mirror 😉.

Location Bathroom was always wet Staff offers expensive travels solutions instead of recommending more local ones Not very helpful compare to all the other places I went in the Philippines where people were amazingly kind and honest.
