The Dulu Penida

Honestly, little was enjoyed. Even the price was changed upon our arrival bc we brought our little son along. An extra $75 dollars for a dirty bug ridden mattress was charged, which we didn't use once during our stay

The manager upon arrival was very rude and unprofessional. Poorly built villas with bugs and mosquitos flying in from everywhere. Manager has an issue with us using his one bottle of bug spray to kill the larger spiders in the drapes. The young lady working there was very accommodating but her brother in the Bulls Jersey was rude and inadequate. Open skylights in bathrooms were an invitation for dengue fever. Breakfast was far from short of a real breakfast and the location was very far from the beach. At night, animals would come to the entrance and scratch behind the door. I feel bad writing such a harsh review but management is cheap and needs to learn from the adjacent properties and invest in upgrades and better furniture/accommodations. One small bottle of water and two dingy towels were offered. Really? Not sure how this place got such great reviews...maybe couples on their honeymoons are distracted.

Stuff is super nice 😊 and they cook really delicious breakfast, it is simple but really tasty 😋

The bungalows are located in a very nice area, very relaxing. The small restaurants and the beach is in walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can have a breakfast in the garden or in your room/terrace. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really loved our stay here,the surrounding garden is beautiful with coconut trees everywhere. The two guys running the place are really helpful and welcoming! The breakfast is really good and they even woke up extra early to give us breakfast before we left to-do a early morning tour. The place is a bit out of town so is necessary to rent a scooter if you want to explore more than just the Crystal Bay. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful surroundings, comfy bed, clean and nice room. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Shower is amazing.

It would be nice with reclining chairs outside. Also, there are very few options for getting food in this area.
