It is an amazing place to relax and chill, have an incredible view of the volcano and Bali, staff is super friendly and the service provided is amazing recommend 100%

Hôtel exceptionnel avec un personnel adorable et très serviable. Ils sont venus nous chercher au bateau, nous ont aidés à trouver des scooters, et ont été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Vue magnifique, chambres impeccables et cuisine délicieuse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

The property was very nice. It was situated in a very remote area however the view was extraordinary. We loved everything about it and the staff were very helpful and very useful as well as very very friendly we loved it and we are surely coming back.

Maybe just the toilets they need to upgrade it otherwise everything was nice

The views are amazing, the rooms are very big, comfortable and modern.

The location is not the best, it’s difficult to access, the road is very bad and there’s absolutely no lights at night on the road. The breakfast is very limited - would be nice if they offered coffee and juice instead of only one. The banana pancake was not well cooked and didn’t even have 1/5 of a banana in it. When asking the staff for help on WhatsApp when I was outside the property and only returned at night, they told me to ask the staff at the reception.

Leider haben die 6 Liegen am Pool kleine Löcher

Posizione fantastica, una vista incredibile. Gruppo di cottage piccolo e accogliente, con un semplice bar/ristorante, tutto calmissimo. Piscina a sfioro bellissima, da passarci le giornate.

Colazione così così, non molta scelta e non eccellente. Bagni un po' datati.
