Friendly informative reception. Requested a hairdryer and the manager went to some trouble obtaining it. Room was spacious and neat, well equipped. Breakfast was of high standard. Garden neatly maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable

This guest house is in an excellent location, handy to town, yet quiet. Our room #12 was located @ the back and was quiet as a result but perhaps why we had a problem with wifi, other guests have said how good it was….I had to wander outside and head towards reception for it to work and it required constant logging in ☹ However, everything else was excellent, a delicious breakfast, cooked to order, tasty coffee and fruit juice, provided by friendly and helpful staff especially Joanna. Safe lockup for our hire vehicle and an excellent restaurant Out of Africa just across the street. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed, great shower, chilled ‘frig, seating area and tea/coffee facilities. Highly recommend you stay here.

Apart from wifi problems, the exhaust fan in the separate toilet was unbelievably loud, so didn’t use the light switch as a result!!!

Otjiwarongo is one of the best towns we travelled through. The guest house is drivable to the centre and is far enough away to be in a quite safe location. The rooms are large well appointed and very stylish. The gardens are beautifully designed. The general dining and sitting areas are again well presented and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Nothing to mention apart from the card payment machine connection which caused a bit of a problem but eventually worked after about 6 attempts….. very patient receptionist.

I traveled with a friend and the twin beds were facing the entrance to the bathroom, in full view of the shower, there was no door and no privavcy to get dressed or shower. I found that embarrassing. A curtain or a door would have helped.

Very friendly owners and nice room! The pancakes for breakfast had been very delicious!

toilet seat was outdated

sensational hosts who do it with their whole heart! Treat the guests and their workers so nicely and go the extramile for them :). Awesome breakfast and super modern and cute flat in safe neighborhood.
